M S word problem

I have windows X P and JAWS 5.0.
I used to be able to hit control O , then shift tab to get a list of my
files while I am in M S word. Now, for some reason, I get a different list,
and, my existing files are not there.
Does anyone have any ideas? Did I change something in the tool bar? How
do I fix it?
