Logging in

Hi there,
I still cannot get to logging in to a secure site through my isp, I put on
forms mode on but I am still getting an error message saying that my log in
name or password is incorrect and I am not authticated & I think it may be a
Jaws thing because when I ring them up on the help desk they always get in
first time!
