Oh, OK ugh. This server project is going to require me to frequently
change RAID cards and NICs routinely. Have any suggestions?

you can't make any changes to the system itself, you can make changes 
like adding usb devices but nothing can be changed on the main pci 
bus. you can't even add or change memory sticks.Legend has it that on
