I locate the files by using XP's search/find (Windows key-f) for the term
.dmp, as in dot dmp. Periodically I highlight the list and delete them all.

Hi Dave;
The " JAWSMemDmp " file is stored in the following. Local Disk C / Documents
& Settings / Administrator or Name folder / Freedom Scientific / Jaws /
select version of Jaws / Settings / JAWSMemDmp
Hope this helps. Take care. Mike

Where on the system does the JAWS dump file get saved. Is it save to the
root of Drive C:, for example?
Thanks in anticipation:

Hi, Welson. This keystroke is for removing JAWS from memory when it is
acting strangely and will not remove itself with the normal unload command:
Insert+F4. This keystroke also creates a data file which can be analyzed to
see what the computer's conditions or environment were at the time JAWS was
removed from memory.
I hope this helps you. Bill White billwhite92701@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx

hi,
I'm sorry for that. the keystroke is insert+window key+f4, not insert+window
key+r. so, what is the function of the keystroke?
Thanks again.

Wikipedia is my primary lookup and I was in the jaws window at the time.
Hope this helps, Harmony.
