I've used some of the shortcuts like alt+c for compose. Honestly, though, I
used the Basic HTML mode most of all with Jaws' link list feature and using
the b command in the virtual pc cursor to locate the buttons. The regular
mode was always apain to me. Best thing you'll ever do is enable pop3 and
use Outlook for your e-mail. I can't tell you how much smoother checking my
e-mail has gotten since I did that.
