Hi Sean,
Do you know if you have the traveler or classic Alva Satellite display?
If you have the traveler model and connect it USB you do not need to use
the AC power supply. That model can get its power from the USB port.
So on a desktop one less cable. Note, if it is used with a notebook on
battery power, it will help drain the battery faster. =20

Just got my new braille display today and thought I'd ask if any one has
any tips on the installation/use of these two products so they will play
well together. Can I install it using usb or should I use cerial
connections for example? Anything I should know before I get started is
appreciated. Sean
