Adrian, in my experience you're right on both counts.  I've never used
anything other than insert +f to identify font information and insert+5 on
the number row to identify color in any version of JFW with any version of
Word or Excel I've ever used and don't remember it being any different in
web sites.

have 07, but I usually use it in o3 format doc instead of docx. I just
