Check to see if your scroll lock is on. If so it will cause this outcome.

Hi, I don't know what the heck happened, but every time I'm in ms excel now,
the up and down, right and left arrows are refusing to work. If I'm in A1 and I
press them, it just keeps staying in A-bloody-1. I'll attach the sheet I'm
using so you can see if it's something in the sheet, though I doubt it, because
it happens in every book I create. Help!
