I imagine that jaws repair should have corrected this but I wonder if some
how your screen echo has gotten set to none. The other possibility is that
some how your display settings may have some how been changed.

For some reason Jaws has decided to not read selected items such as menus,
lists and whatever I tab to. I can use insert plus up arrow to hear the
current line but moving to the next line brings silence until I do the say
current line again.
Also when I start a program jaws doesn't speak the name of the program until
I press insert T.This is annoying to say the least. Everything was fine when
I shut down last night. I have tried restarting and finally ran Jaws repair
to no avail.
Jaws 5.1, Windows XP Home.
Help!
