Jaws and outlook2003

Listers,Please tell me how to stop outlook from trying to down load
pictures? In so many of my emails jaws is saying, "click here to down load
picture."
There must be a setting or some thing, that I can change to stop this? It's
like unless I down load the picture jaws won't do much of any thing else
whit out me having to consistently down arrow to get past the picture links.
