RE: Jaws and outlook2003.

Make sure the message is maximized.  This may facilitate reading messages.

When you encounter an email with pictures, that usually indicates it was
written in HTML format.  You can convert it to text by pressing CTRL-SHIFT-O
from within the message.

If there is any text available within the document, it will be displayed
once the email is converted to text.
