I have had this same issue with Word and Outlook 2002 forever. My work
around with Word is to close the document and then reopen it and ensure that
it is maximized. When composing a message in Outlook, I press ESC and
select Yes to save a copy of the message. I then go to the Drafts folder
and reopen the message and everything will work fine.
This has happened to me with Jaws 5.0 and 6.2 on both Windows 2000 and XP. John
I am having a big problem with word and notepad. Jaws keeps loosing focus
in both. I can arrow down to read my text but when I arrow up some of the
lines aren't being read. then when I start arrowing down some of that text
is missing. I have set up my word from the helpful hints page on jfwlite,
but I think this is for word 2000.
I am using jaws 7 and 6 and it happens with both versions. Also I am
running windows xp with lots of memory and space.
Any suggestions would be appreciated. this has been going on for months.
