Jaws and Trados / WordFast / Comparable

Hello, Has anyone used successfully e.g. Jaws 7.0 or above
and Wordfast, Trados or other translation memory
applications? I gladly receive any comments on enjoyable
translation tools for professional use accessible through
Jaws.
