Jaws 8.0 for understanding word haven't response

Hello Everybody,
I send you the e-mail about jaws to understanding word and you all didn't
response to my e-mail. Since I hear other subject from other people and you all
response their e-mail instead of mine. I don't appreciate that sokindly.
