Hi,
not all of us have our state purchas our copy of Jaws.
Also some of us can't afford to change to another product.
When I made my first comment I was only relaying my experience. Unless the
moderator says different I will continue to do so. At no time was I
suggesting people should not report problems to FS.

You wanna get FS where they live, enccourage your state to go with another
developer. FS does a lot of business with government contracts, so if they
start losing those, maybe they'll start paying attention. if someone gives
you a crappy product and you keep right on buying it, that just tells them
that they have it in the bag and don't need to keep up with the demands of
the consumers.

I agree. I have not used JAWS 8 in some time, because I honestly feel it is
the worse release ever put out by Freedom Scientific. It has many bugs;
therefore, I have resorted to using JAWS 7.1 until FS repairs the many
things that are wrong with the 8 version.
