I have found this behaviour as well-- Some of my scripts are in the file called "all users" while other scripts are in a file called "bob hebert". M.S. Word for instance is in all users while o/e-6 is in bob hebert. I too thought this was strange. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Jerry Neufeld" <jerry.neufeld@xxxxxxxxxx> To: <jfw@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Saturday, January 29, 2005 10:54 AM Subject: Jaws 6.0 script manager Hello folks. I am somewhat perplexed about the behavior of Jaws 6 in terms of where JFW wants recompiled or new scripts to live. When I first loaded Jaws 6, I found all scripts to live in the All Users folder under Documents and Settings with XP Pro. I also found a few scripts in my personal folder. When modifying my Microsoft Word scripts in the All Users area, I was told that there were no Word scripts in my personal Jerry folders. Can anyone tell me where the script manager looks when recompiling and where the Jaws program looks when loading? I am a single user and, hence, the administrator for the XP pro system. Thanks much.
