JFW-friendly download accelerator?

Hello listers,
Can anyone recommend a JFW-friendly download accelerator program? I need one
that supports resumption of interrupted downloads, and one that is free.
I downloaded Download Accelerator Plus from the JFW lite page, thinking it
would be JFW-friendly, but it was not. Furthermore, I found this program to
be very intrusive. It insisted on regularly interrupting Internet sessions
to update the software, and every time I booted my computer, this program
tried to connect to the Internet.
So if any of you folks know of a JFW-friendly download accelerator program,
please let me know about it. Thanks!
