JFW sluggish after logging out of win 2k limited account

Hi all,
I have created a limited account for myself. JFW v6 is running as a
service. I can work fine in the limited account but when I log off and log
back on as administrator or back into the limited account JFW is very
sluggish and I have to reboot to get things operational again.
OS=Windows 2000 professional all updates applied
jfw version=jfw v6
Any one any ideas on fixing this?
