JFW Merge Question

I'm upgrading from JFW 5.0 to 5.1 at work. In the process of merging, I
thought everything worked OK. To my surprise, the Braille display,
PowerBraille 80, wasn't in sync. However, when I went to the JFW50 folder,
everything worked. What then do I need to do in order to have everything
migrated to the latest version? Thank you for your help.
