sorry, but I did give it originally, when the problem first occurred.  but 
yes, I should have given the details again.
I'm using JAW's 5.10.383 - the same as you, but i'm running under XP Home 
with SP2.  My Outlook Express is version 6.1.000.2900...

As I've said, I've never encountered this problem before, not until I 
downloaded and installed JAW's 5.1.383!

In my opinion Freedom Scientific have some explaining to do!
