F6 will toggle between the address bar and the main page and you can
also use alt d to go the address bar.

The correct Windows command to access the Address Bar is F6 not F4.  An 
alternate method for obtaining the web address is to move to the top of
the 
web page and press Insert-F1.  JAWS will announce the page summary
including 
the page  address.  Press Escape to close the message.
