Dave,

The difference is, XP Pro has numerous features that regular XP does not. 
That's why Microsoft charges more for XP Pro, and why a basic home version 
of Vista sells for less than Vista Business Premium. You are paying for 
additional features.

JFW Pro, on the other hand, offers no additional features over the standard 
version. They are the same program in their source code. The only difference 
is the authorization. JFW standard could run XP Pro, but FS disables that 
capability if it sees an authorization for the JFW standard version.
