JAWS repair after installing service pack 2?

Hi,
Do people commonly repair JAWS simply because one installed Service Pack 2.
I foundthe down arrowing problem after opening and closing files happened
with JAWS 6 beforeand after Service Pack 2. Others (I learn) encounter
this with JAWS 5.xxx which surprised me.
I know with no JAWS version running that there is no hesitating in down
arrowing after closing files in list views.
Some report this problem using M S N where many contacts exist in the
listview and that Service Pack 2 slowed things down using MS N listviews
dramatically.
This is the la test I have learned.
