I have hit control-r to this message and type the leffer f and from back-facing
through " f" I heard 'f'. I have messages set to "html--wonder if it would make
a difference using plain text?
Incidentally, I heard the "f" each time I back-spaced through it but replaced
it
again. However, when I typed this as a new message and sent it to myself, I
heard "blank" instead of the letter F.

First, I did a reply (control-r) to the message post and typed all the f's I
wanted in every conceivable circumstance and when back-spacing through them

I notice that when I'm typing a message in Outlook Express, and if I
type words which contain the letter f, JAWS will not say the letter f if I
backspace over it. Instead of saying the letter f as I backspace over it,
JAWS says blank. JAWS says every other letter though. Is anybody else
noticing this? IF so, how did you solve it, if you did?
I should note that this does not happen with Microsoft Word, Notepad, or
HJpad. oh, one more thing, I make sure the OE window is maximized. It
still happens.
