DJ, I occasionally encounter situations where a window will obscure part of the screen, which then prevents Jaws from seeing the graphics which identify an attachment, or whether a message is read or unread. These windows are sometimes not recognized by the windows list dialog in Jaws. I have to go to the Jaws cursor and look around on the screen until I find the offending window. McAfee does this a lot. Typically, it displays an informational window about having performed updates or a scan of my PC. I can usually find the button to click to get rid of the window. Once I've done that, Jaws resumes working as expected. JAWS does not announce when a message has an attachment while in the list view so there is no way of knowing that one exists unless I check for one after opening the message. For some reason, I am not able to label the attachment graphic; JAWS just says "the JAWS cursor isn't on a graphic". Any ideas? Thanks, DJ
