JAWS and Linux

Hello F.S. Support and JFW list serve:
I am sending this message to both Freedom Scientific (F.S.) and the JFW List
Serve just to make sure I can get some responses. I am starting my own agency,
and I am wanting to purchase a Server for several PC's. I was strongly urged,
however, to make sure I have Linux installed on the server simply because of
its reliability. The only problem with that, I am thinking, is that JAWS does
not work on a Linux based machine-- or does it? As a result, would anyone send
me an E-mail-- both on and off the list regarding JAWS 6.0 and a Linux based

I need to know:
1. Will JAWS work on Linux ?
2. If so, is there some sort of program I must use to fool JAWS or any other
Windows based program to think they are running under windows?
3. Is there some sort of operating environment which is simple to learn like
windows is that I can run Linux under?
