JAWS NOT SAYING TOP OR BOTTOM

i I upgraded to 7.1 last night and since then, jaws does not say top or bottom at top or bottom of lists. I merged my 7.0 settings with 7.1. I have gone through the settings that I think might change this but so far Haven't come up with anything. Would appreciate any help on this.
