We need to get our terminology right here. The term "full release" refers to whether or not one can install the program from scratch, or whether it requires a patch. To this end, JAWS 7.1 is a full release. It is an update. They're all updates, everything past JAWS 1. What JAWS 7.1 is not is a paid update, requiring additional payment beyond what you've already paid for the program.
