RE: JAWS 9 / MS Word 2000 / Problem

This can happen if you open word documents which are email attachments,
and then you close the email (if I remember right), but leave Word and
the document open.

It's not the fault of jaws I wouldn't think, but you did say Word 2000
right?  That's pretty old, and if there's a bug in the word 2000
scripts, maybe they haven't fixed it.  I'd certainly consider updating
to word 2003.
