Hi, with your problem, is it that it reads the first word or two and then
stops. If so, I'd suggest that is due to a bug whereby if there is a "," then
JAWS seems to either stop or pause reading and you have to then do say all to
get it to carry on. That bug has been reported by lots of people I believe.
With the bug in this thread, JAWS wont read the email, and actually wont
respond to anything for a period of time once you have exited the email. If you
keep the email open JAWS wont do a thing.

This happens to me in Jaws 9. Do I do the same thing to get it to read the
message? Does anyone know what causes it?

yes, in Windows Live Mail, jaws sometime not read the e-mail. So, I must
escape from the e-mail and press insert Z to auto mood.

Subject: JAWS 10 not reading some emails
Hi, I'm finding JAWS 10 is worse with Live Mail Desktop than JAWS 9 was.
Some emails, usually from companies such as Ebay, Sky TV etc, start being read,
but then JAWS locks up and takes a while to come back. It wont read the email,
and all I can do is escape out of it. Then I have to wait a while for JAWS to
work again.
Anybody else experiencing this probelm.
Peter
