Installing scrips

Hi Jaws-users,
Can someone give me the really quick, basic, readers' digest description on
how to install JAWS scrips? Please don't refer me to a manual cause I've
already been down that road. I'm not clueless just don't have a lot of time
to do trial and error. I have the latest version of JAWS.
