Liz,

The site wasn't hard to find. I just put Crossloop in Google, and I think it was at the top of the search results. I read about the remote control of another system, the sharing of screens and sending files.

Are you allowing someone to look at your screen or control your computer? I can see how this would work, but can you control someone else's system using JAWS? Also, what is the cost for this service?

I wish some one would help me get it to work with windows live or messenger

as well as the remote assistance in windows xp and vista. I did pay the 200

dollars.

Chris,

If you want to find out what types of remote access you have with JAWS, go

to the Help Topics in the JAWS Help menu, and Control+Tab to the Index
page. Type the word remote into the edit field, and then read the topics
found by your search. If you decide you really need remote access, be
prepared to purchase JAWS Pro and then pay $200 extra for the privilege.

Hi all, is it true that JFW works with the remote assistance feature of
MSN/Windows Live Messenger? If so how did you all get it to work? Now I'm

on high speed broadband this would be a good thing to do, especially if I

can help my friends out remotely. Thanks!
