Hi, JAWS or any assistive product that uses video intercept technology will 
not install, nor will it run, if you're not using the drivers provided by 
your video card/computer manufacturer. Your client therefore should visit 
the computer manufacturer's website and download the latest drivers for her 
video card, as well as any other hardware devices present on the system.
