I THINK THE PAGE KEEPS REFRESHING!!!

Hi Everyone;
I have a DSL modem/router.
I think the page keeps refreshing.
I want to go into the various links so I could open ports for Echolink.
However, Jaws is not responding to it very well.
Can someone make any suggestions.
The page is:
192.168.1.1
I turned off the refreshable items as far as I know.
