two thoughts,

first, a thorough error check
go to and highlite the hard drive
alt enter to bring up properties
control tab to tools
spacebar the start button to check for errors
but, tab around, and check the two uncheck check boxes
then tab to ok
you will get a error message that you must restart your computer to run this
check
press ok
and get out escape and close
restart your computer
it may take 15 or20 minutes or more, to run and then your computer will
restart

second thought,
do you know how to start up your computer into safe mode??
can you,
if you are total
you may not be able to
and have to have some one who can see help
tap the f8 key when starting up the monster

enter on that and wait for a error message about putting your computer into
safe mode
there are no drivers or video or sound cards
but your keystrokes still work

Have you tried to expand that option anyway? It is possible JAWS is
misreading.

    Hey guys,
I can't figure out why this has happened.
When I go to start menu, programs, it now says accessories
unavailable.
I have no ides why it is doing this. It almost sounds like it
doesn't
want me to access that particular group?
    Any ideas why?
    Thanks,
    Jed
