How to Work with Google Docs?

Hi there,
I was wondering, can anyone tell me how I can use Google Docs? I have the
latest Jaws and the latest Firefox and editing works fine. However, I can't
navigate to the menus with tab and shift-tab when the application mode is on.
I appreciate any help.
