Ray,
I sent the link in my previous post because I know of someone who
successfully removed Malware Doctor with that particular program, but there
are others out there. You can Google "remove malware doctor" and you'll
probably get several good hits.
First, I would try your client's anti virus software, if it's a reputable
brand.
You should remind her/him that there are many spyware removal tools that are
scams. They give false reports, etc. and don't remove easily from the
computer.
