Hi Ray, Check the spelling closely, Jaws will not pronounce the word correctly, if there is a mixture of upper and lower case, spaces, or improperly placed punctuation. Below is an example DON 't HTH, Ricque ----- Original Message ----- From: "Ray Campbell" <ray.campbell@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx> To: <jfw@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Monday, August 14, 2006 10:11 AM Subject: How to Get JFW to say full words instead of spelling parts of them OK, I know you all are probably wondering, what is he talking about? Here's the question. I have a client running Windows XP and JAWS 7.1. His JAWS sometimes doesn't pronounce full words like my 7.1 installation does. For example, my 7.1 installation says "don't" while his says "don ' t". Any reason why this would be happening and how I can guide him to fix it?
