Part of the problem is that for this to work, JAWS has to be running as a service. Short of a reboot, I don't believe you can get JAWS to run as a service from the login prompt. The last user would have to restart JAWS, as a service, before switching to the login prompt.

Hello All: I took a call from someone with the following situation: When she initially turns on her computer, JAWS starts up at the login prompt so it is running for her to enter her password. However, she shares her computer with two other individuals that are sighted and, of course, don't use JAWS. When one of these two individuals logs off of the computer, JAWS is not running.
