You're assuming this person has the capability/desire to view the Word
attachment.  This is all good advice, but we should probably stick to the
original problem as to not confuse the orriginal poster.

While I agree with the others who said the pasted version is probably OK,
there might be one other option. The person could save the attachment to,
say, c:\my documents and then go into word or another word processing
program and open it there.
