Hi Camal,

You can do this by highlighting both cells at the tops of the columns,
and then choose the table menu with alt-a, and the select submenu, and
then the select column choice.  it will select both columns.

to highlight both cells, get positioned on the left cell, hold down the
shift key and press the right arrow twice.  the first arrow highlights
the column you're in, and the second moves you to the right and
highlights it.
