The simple answer to this question is yes and no. Yes, you can upgrade to 
Win98SE. Yes, JFW will remain intact, though with or without authorization 
I'm not sure. Contact FS either way and obtain a new auth disk, assuming 
you legally own the product. Otherwise your options are twice as limited. 
No, JFW will not survive a copy attempt. You can copy the program, but the 
authorization key will not be copied with it. Hope this helps.
