Yes, there may be some differences in how Jaws reads the application windows. At any rate, I found that most of the configuration was done during the installation process. This is a very good firewall, however, it is not easily accessible with Jaws. Don't get discouraged, I have found that after looking through the program, using the pc cursor, and the Jaws cursor, you can get it setup so you are protected. What do you find, when you open the program If you tab around, you will find different dialogues, when you land on one, press enter then tab some moreand you will find some options to choose from. I think I have an e-mail from awhile back that discussed some of the ways to navigate through the program, I'll look for it and let you know.
