Perhaps I don't understand your problem, but your message to address two 
different problems. 

I don't use Outlook products, but FTP is completely different than using e-
mail (unless you are talking about sending attachments), and that is different 
than FTP (I believe).

FTP using FTPVoyager is a little difficult to navigate through. Having some 
specific scripts are helpful.
