Sorry for the misdirection! I have two observations to make on your message.

First is that Control + RightArrow is the Word keystroke for moving to the
next word - it's the same as JAWSKey + RightArrow, which is a JAWS
keystroke. I should have made this clear.

Second is why I think moving to the next word on my system gets to the
comment, and on yours it doesn't. I have changed a Word option that makes
the comments appear on screen. If you want to try and set your copy of Word
to do the same, open the Tools menu and choose Options. On the View page of
the resulting dialog check the "hidden text" checkbox. The keystrokes for
this are: Alt + T to open the Tools menu, O to move to and activate the
Options item, I to move to and toggle the setting for the "hidden text"
checkbox. Once it is checked, press Enter to close the dialog and return
focus to the document. You should now find that the comments appear on
screen and can be moved to and deleted in the method I described.
