The jaws keystroke Control + Shift + apostrophe will list the comments in a Word document; press Enter one you want to delete and you will be taken to the word or phrase of the document with which the comment is associated. Use Control + RightArrow to get to the comment itself - it will be something in the form [SG1]. When you get to the left bracket that starts the comment, press Delete twice. The first Delete selects the comment field, and the second one deletes it.
