Difficulty burning cd's

Hi All,
I'm trying to move some mp3 files to a cd in a certain order and for some
reason no matter what I do the fourth track always ends up at the bottom of
the files instead of where it's supposed to be.
Can someone tell me what to do so that this track goes where it is supposed
to go? I'm using windows media player and the builtin cd stuff that's with
win xp home.
