Desktop out of focus

Hello all,
If I have a open application, such as Outlook Express, and if I want to go to
the desktop with the Windows/M keys, Jaws 7.0 goes there, but Jaws will not say
anything. I can Alt/Tab back to OE, but when I again try to go back to the
Desktop using Windows/M it goes back to the desktop but again Jaws will not say
any of the 23 items on it.
Any suggestions?
