Thanks to all who have responded.
I will download Jaws 9 tomorrow and see if that fixes my problem with the
control key.
Since the problem is occurring with both the laptop keyboard as well as the
wireless keyboard, I'm thinking the problem is not with either keyboard.
They are both brand new. But if Jaws 9 doesn't fix the problem then I will
guess that the problem may indeed be with the keyboards.
Thanks again. It was good to hear that the rest of you have not been having
this problem with Vista.
