And if it is a popup blocker problem try hitting shift-enter on the links that
won't open and see if that helps.

Hi Jim,
Once I had a similar problem, but in my case only certain links would not open.
The conclusion was that the pop-up blocker would not allow links to execute
that had a pop-up associated to open. Check enter tools alt+to and arrow down
to the pop-up blocker and disable it and then try to see if the links will
execute.
Hope that works.

  Hello there,

I'm hoping I could get some help with a computer problem I've begun having
over the past month or so. Just so you know, I am still running JFW 5.1 on my
computer, and it was working wonderfully for quite some time. However, I'm
wondering if it's not an Internet Explorer problem rather than JAWS.

Lately, I've gone to different web sites and have begun having problems
accessing links using the "Enter" or the "Space Bar." I've generally always
been able to access links in this way, but now what happens is that it tries
going there but rather than going to the link, it gives me a different kind of
loud click and then just stays where I left off, so it ends up looking like it
didn't do anything or go anywhere and just stays there until you try clicking
on another link. Now, some of these links can be accessed by using my JAWS
cursor and clicking the left mouse button key, but I don't want to have to keep
doing that all the time. I'm sure it has something to do with my computer
because when I go to these websites on other computers, things seem to go
normally, as expected. I did try checking for the obvious viruses and spyware.
I also tried repairing JAWS thinking it could be an MSAA thing. It's
happening more with more lengths. Thanks again!

  Jim
